I started my label vivi rosalie
in 2012 to design and manufacture natural cloth dolls for children.
Why dollmaking?
I've always loved to create things and work with my hands but creating cloth dolls
means more than sewing and stitching to me. It means creating a companion, a mate for a child.
Do you remember your favorite doll or soft toy when you were little? And wouldn’t you agree that this little fellow really had a soul? They share the weal and woe of childhood with us and give us shelter.
This is what I love about making dolls - it is my great pleasure to create something so important for a little person.

About me
My name is Antje, dollmaker for vivi rosalie. I am a mother of the cutest little girl and I live in the beautiful city of Bremen in Northern Germany with my loving familiy. Although we're living in the heart of town it is quite green around us - something I really enjoy since I grew up in the countryside. My dollmaking journey started in 2013 when I looked for a cloth doll to give to my daughter as a birthday present. I liked the idea of making one myself and since then I couldn't stop - I finally found a way to indulge my creative impulse.
